The Pulte Group builds consumer inspired homes and communities nationwide. Their goal is to make the home buying experience less stressful and more enjoyable for potential buyers. Because they had such a wide variety of communities, floorplans and options, it was time consuming for representatives to manually walk through options directly with the buyer. They wanted a way for buyers to virtually “build” their homes via onsite kiosks or mobile apps.

These applications would allow buyers to spend more time choosing what would be best for them without pressure, as well saving time for Pulte Group representatives. Once options were chosen, the buyer would be able to send the results directly to Pulte and set up an appointment to view their customized dream home.

A beta program was set up in Phoenix area Pulte communities to showcase the new technology which allowed our team to test and reiterate, honing the experience for both the user and client. Since that time Pulte has expanded the program nationwide, including their Centex, Del Webb and DiVosta communities.
